Recipe: Garden salad
1 head of lettuce
½ head of red cabbage, shredded
2 green bell peppers
1 red onion
1. Wash all vegetables.
2. Tear lettuce into bit size pieces.
3. Peel the carrots and cucumbers and cut into small pieces.
4. Cut the tomato and green pepper (remove seeds) into chucks.
5. Peel the onion and slice thinly.
6. Add all ingredients and shredded cabbage in a bowl.
8. Add any optional toppings and top with dressing.
