Recipe: Veggie Platter
2 green bell peppers
2 Celery Stalk
Ranch or Blue Cheese Salad dressing
1. Wash all vegetables.
2. Peel the carrots and cucumbers and cut into strips approximately 3 inches long.
3. Cut the green pepper (remove seeds) into strips.
4. Cut the celery into strips approximately 3 inches long.
5. Place on a platter and put dressing on the side.
