S’Mores Cookies
Recipe: No Bake Smore Cookies
Ingredients:
1 Cup Butter
2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
1 ¼ Cups Peanut Butter
1 Can Marshmallow Fluff
1 Bag Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 Bag Mini Peanut Butter Cups
Tools Needed:
Bowl
Chopper
Spatula
Spoon
13x9 Baking Dish
Cooking Spray
Microwave
Directions:
1. Melt butter in the microwave.
2. Mix butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and peanut butter together until completely combined.
3. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 pyrex.
4. Spread a layer marshmallow fluff over the graham cracker crust.
5. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave. Pour over fluff layer and spread to create a full layer.
6. Coarsely chop the mini peanut butter cups and sprinkle on top.
7. Refrigerate for an hour or more to let the chocolate set {you can also throw it in the freezer if you’re in a hurry}.
8. Cut and serve!
